Here's a recipe for a successful day!


Prayer-Juice-Stretch-Exercise

Waking after a good night sleep, I enjoy fabulous coffee.

Then I put my prayer beads (Mala) to work.

With counts of four on the in hale and four counts on the exhale, I can go through 108 beads in 30 minutes. 

Next I put my Juicer to work:

8 carrots
5 celery stalks
1 apple
A bit of ginger pealed
Hand full of basil leaves

Pow Power

Next 30 minutes of yoga, here at home

Then 3-4 mile run along the ocean on the bike path, soaking up vitamin-D. The best bet is to soak up Vitamin-D with your arms and legs. With at least 10 minutes or more of exposure.

Now this is vibrant living.
